I recently sold my house in Anchorage, after 51 years of living in the city. I decided to retain Mary Cox to handle the marketing and sale of the house. Kolby Klingenmeyer was introduced as her sales associate, and from our first meeting, I was impressed with his knowledge of the real estate market in Anchorage, but even more so I was impressed with the personal touch that he brought to the table. David was a dream to work with and played an important part in getting our home sold! We actually switched from one real-estate agent to him, because we heard how good he was! The first agent wasn't listening to our questions/concerns about selling our home, which had a history of being difficult to sell. Not David! He listened to us, came up with a fresh new game plan, and gave us great contacts to help set things up for success. He was easy to reach and ask questions and offered a wealth of expertise and guidance. He helped take some of the stress away from selling our first home. I do believe if we had not used David's tips, we would not have been able to sell the house as quickly, or for as much money as we were offered. Choosing the right real estate agent really does matter. Cannot recommend him highly enough!
