Theresa Stimac

Theresa is a hard-working, dedicated real estate agent committed to providing “the level of service that exceeds expectations at all times.” With educators as parents, and as the oldest sibling in a large family, Theresa learned strong values, a solid work ethic, responsibility, and the importance of hard work at a young age. She exemplifies these qualities today.

Theresa grew up in Washougal, Washington. She started her working career at Nordstrom in Portland, 20 years ago. During one of her many promotions, Theresa was offered an opportunity to move to Anchorage in 2003. Drawn by the magnificent beauty of this incredible state, and the promise of adventure, Theresa packed her twin 2-year-old girls and made the move north. 17 years and another beautiful daughter later, Theresa remains in Anchorage, excited about selling real estate.

Theresa’s passion for and dedication to helping people is unsurpassed. Theresa provides her real estate clients with the “Nordstrom” level of customer service, going above and beyond at every stage. She is dedicated and committed to exceeding expectations.

In her spare time, Theresa enjoys working out, hiking, gardening, fishing, and being with her family.
